Young Organizing Unionists of the Next Generation

Greetings Everyone,

For those of you that I have not yet had the opportunity to meet, I'm Jennifer, your YOUNG worker representative for the 11th District. Hi!

I am both honored and thrilled to have the opportunity to get to know you all and to work together bringing young worker issues to the table on a national level and coming up with innovative ways to expand our union, making AFGE a more inclusive and proactive entity that better serves and represents us all!

Monthly conference calls are held every 4th Wednesday at 5pm Pacific Time.  I invite you to join me on these calls so we can get better acquainted and start working through the issues specific to the "young worker" and tackling barriers many of us face within our workplace and local on a day-to-day basis.  I am also available to talk one-on-one regarding any specific ideas or issues you may be facing in your local/region/agency.

TTYS (Talk To You Soon) and please spread the word!
